Now that winter is here, there are at least a few good things about the colder weather. Bare rooted trees and shrubs are available at this time of year and they are usually cheaper than pot-grown. So, in this month's issue, we feature tree and shrub planting and another project for winter - planning your garden. As usual, we'd love to hear your comments on any of our articles.
